Vic started Covey Advertising in 1975 and has been running his own agency ever since, founding Covey in 2010. He is a Fellow of the IPA, has been Chairman of the Scottish IPA and was instrumental in setting up the Scottish Advertising Effectiveness Awards.

Victor has been with the Covey since it started. He combines Account handling with Production. In his spare time he is a keen motor racing driver and former Scottish Mini Champion.

Another agency founder, Euan has over thirty years of experience as art director and creative director. In that time he has been responsible for creating creative and effective campaigns for a wide range of Scottish, UK & international clients.

Derek is our Techincal Director and has over 27 years experience of building commercial websites. A full-stack developer he has a wealth of experience from systems administration through to web development and design, with a strong understanding of SEO.

With over 20 years as a Sales and Marketing Strategist, her dedication to strategic approaches is evident in her work. Karen's commitment shines through in her ability to listen and enhance each business to help make a genuine impact.

On a personal note, she loves a challenge and will do anything for charity, not forgetting her dogs; she adopts as many as she can; when not working, you'll find her outside... walking dogs!

Michael, our digital manager, joined us straight from University with a degree in Ethical Hacking. He is also the most recent champion in the office, winning the Scottish MINI Cooper Cup in 2021 and 2022.

Masud is a front-end developer with several years of experience building websites and web applications. His work extends from design to development and continuous support.

Kim has over 10 years of experience in the digital market including SEO, PPC, content and social, she combines creative thinking with an analytical approach to help deliver results.
